Noesta is a developing cross-docking and short-term pallet storage hub located in Gradište, Croatia (D55/A3 corridor, near the Serbia border).
The project is focused on high-throughput, 24/7 operations for international carriers and freight forwarders moving between Southeast and Western Europe.
The facility’s first phase will feature 1,000–1,500 m² of warehouse space, 5–6 truck docks, and 24–72 hour pallet turnover.

Strategic Location.

• Directly on D55 Corridor and A3/E70 highway
• Close to Vinkovci railway hub
• Near the Bajakovo–Batrovci border crossing, one of the busiest freight entry points between the EU and the Balkans/Turkey
